Speaker highlights
Sainath Ramanathan – Micro-frontends
The standout session of the conference. Sainath covered micro-frontend architecture end to end, shared practical scaling strategies, and mixed technical depth with humor. Real-world implementation insights that actually stick. The most informative and entertaining talk of the day.
Shruti Balasa – Scroll-driven animations in CSS
Shruti’s session was on the future of scroll-driven animations in CSS. Not the usual GSAP story. She showed what native CSS can do, the performance gains from the compositor thread, and demos you could take back to your own projects. If you care about modern CSS or Tailwind, follow her YouTube channel. She makes complex ideas clear without dumbing them down.
Tapas Adhikary – Scaling your front-end
Tapas spoke on scaling the front-end in a realistic way. He is the kind of speaker who turns big ideas into basics you can use. Deep technical wisdom, delivered with humor and a clear focus on strengthening fundamentals. Ten minutes with him felt like years of advice. Check out tapaScript on YouTube.
Harshil Agrawal – WebSockets and OpenNext
Harshil (Cloudflare) gave a clear, practical session on real-time communication and WebSockets. He walked through OpenNext and modern web architecture in a way that actually made sense. What stood out was how approachable he was. Felt like the helpful colleague next door, not a distant expert.
Li Hau Tan – Svelte 5 in 30 minutes
Li Hau built Svelte 5 live in under 30 minutes. He explained framework architecture in plain terms, coded at speed without losing clarity, and stayed humble through it. Got to chat with him afterward. Brilliant and approachable.
